This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit this website, including:

Squarespace needs the data to run this website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyzes the data in a de-personalized form.

Squarespace Analytics

This website collects personal data to power our site analytics, including:

ConvertKit

Your IP address will be collected when you sign up or interact with our emails. We also might collect your first name and email address when you sign up for our Newsletter.

Zoom

By taking part in Zoom Classes hosted by us, you agree to be recorded if you happen to speak, or many other sounds, during the class.

We will have the right to sell this content, to provide it as a recording to those who missed the class, and to put it on social media.

Your handle, the name you sign up with to Zoom, might be visible in the recording.

Manychat

We use Manychat for our Instagram DM automation. The details you give to us in the DMs, such as emails, will also be stored on Manychat.

Podia

We use Podia to sell our courses, coaching programs and other digital products.

We collect your email address, and name, when you make an account to our store. We also will receive your other billing details such as your billing address and business name (if provided).

Stripe handles our payments. More of that in the “Stripe” section.

TypeDream

We use TypeDream to host our landing pages. They collect:

  • Locations

  • Devices used to visit the website

  • Page views

  • And sources of traffic.

But I can’t track these to a single person. I only see data without names.

Stripe

We use Stripe as our payment processor. Through them, we’ll receive the following information about you (depending on what you submit) - and it’ll also be available for Stripe:

  • your email

  • your name

  • your billing address

  • Tax location status

  • Tax Status and Tax ID

  • Your payment method

If you’re subscribed to a service, Stripe might save your billing information, including a possible Credit Card, to keep the subscriptions going.

We will not save your Credit Card information (apart from the last digits), for any other use.

We will use the billing information to provide the best experience for you - and for legal purposes, such as paying VAT.

PayPal

We use PayPal as one of our payment processors. Through them, we can receive information about you (depending on what you submit) - and it’ll also be available for PayPal:

Google Forms, Jotform & Programs

We collect information about you when you apply to our programs via Google Forms and Jotform. This includes your name, email, possible phone number information on your goals, income level, what you do as work, and so on.

If you do decide to enroll into our programs, we’ll gather more information about you to help you on your goals better and personalize your experience.

We might note things said in our conversations. You can recall our conversations from our call recordings.

Fathom

We use Fathom to record some of our calls. You’ll be notified if a recording is going on. If you’ve not been provided a recording of the call, you can request to receive it from us.

We record calls for note-taking, and for improving our services.

Link

We use Link at our checkout processes. You can save your payment information for future use.

ScoreApp

We collect your name and email when you take a quiz of ours, or other assessment using ScoreApp.com. We’ll use this to send you a result of the Scorecard, and contact you with more ways we can help you.

But you’ll not be added to our mailing list unless you chose to do so.

We collect other information too through the questions that you’ll be able to see - and we’ll only use that to give you options on how we can help.

Senja

We use Senja to gather testimonials. We’ll collect the information you decide to give us.

It can be:

  1. Your name

  2. Email address

  3. A photo of you

  4. A video of you

  5. Your job title

  6. Your website address

  7. The company you work at

  8. The company logo

    The information is stored in our systems - but also in Senja’s. This information is public as we’ll use it on our websites, social media, ads and other uses. You grant us the permission to use this when you submit a testimonial.

    User-Generated Content

We consider “user-generated content” to be materials (text, image and/or video content) voluntarily supplied to us by our users for the purpose of publication on our website or re-publishing on our social media channels. All user-generated content is associated with the account or email address used to submit the materials.

Please be aware that any content you submit for the purpose of publication will be public after posting (and subsequent review or vetting process). Once published, it may be accessible to third parties not covered under this privacy policy.

Hugo Korhonen stores/collects the personal information in Finland and Squarespace stores/collects in the United States.

The countries to which we store, process, or transfer your personal information may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. If we transfer your personal information to third parties in other countries: (i) we will perform those transfers in accordance with the requirements of applicable law; and (ii) we will protect the transferred personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.

Marketing emails

We may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We might collect your first name and email address that we can send emails to you and possible discounts.

Your IP address is collected when you interact with our emails.

We share your contact information with ConvertKit, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf. We and ConvertKit will use the data we get from you to send you Newsletters, updates on new products/programs, discounts, market or advertise our or someone else’s products/programs, or any other tips or information. We might also use the data for product development. We also use the data to send you more personalized content.
