Growing up, Hugo faced bullying and struggled to find a sense of belonging. But through his art, he discovered the healing power of self-expression and the ability to connect with others.
His work is deeply rooted in nature and often explores themes of resilience, empathy, and hope. Using vibrant colours and digital brushstrokes, Hugo creates captivating pieces that transport viewers to a place of peace and serenity.
Through his artwork, he wants to lift up and inspire those going through difficult times or struggling in daily life — and let them know they're not alone.
Additionally, he wants to make people appreciate and explore nature more and make more sustainable choices in their daily lives to protect the environment and its beauty.
Hugo's work has been exhibited in New York City, Liverpool and Rome; he was also awarded a prize at the International Photography Awards.
